The Susu is a dark brown to black color. It is found only in the Ganges and Indus rivers in India. Its flippers and tail fluke are large and broad, with the fluke distinctly notched. Like most river dolphins, they have small eyes, and in fact is almost blind. When it spouts, it makes a 'soo-soo' noise, which is where it got its name, Susu.
